Almond Extract 30% alcohol. Pure, strong, fragrant almond flavor. Use in small amounts (usually 1 /2 tsp. per batch) to flavor cookies, bars, bread and crackers, or add a drop to sweeten waffles. Also traditional for Middle Eastern meat stews, Indian sweet rice pudding and mild curry. Excellent with fruit for pie or muffins. |
