Sausage Seasoning Our best-seller. Traditional, Southern-style blend for breakfast patties and links. This is a good seasoning for beginners, as it is easy and doesn't need a casing. Mix 1 TB. with 1 lb. ground pork and work into ¼" thick patties. Ground pork is much leaner than beef so start with a low flame, then finish over medium-high heat to brown. Hand-mixed from: salt, sugar, paprika, black pepper, dextrose, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, sage, and thyme. |
