Same great flavor as the sweet, but with more hot red pepper
and ginger. This is the type commonly used by Chinese restaurants for their
spicy version of curry. For grilled steaks, pork chops or chicken, try using
1 /2 -2 tsp. per pound. For a spicy vegetable dip, mix 1-2 tsp. in 1 Cup
yogurt or sour cream. Hand-mixed from: turmeric, cayenne red pepper, coriander,
ginger, cumin, fenugreek, white pepper, cinnamon, fennel, nutmeg, cardamom,
cloves and Tellicherry black pepper. |
