Prime Rib Rub Makes delicious prime rib, crispy brown on the outside, and succulently tender inside. Just rub on, about 1 tsp. per pound. The drippings make very fine au jus or gravy. Great for all cuts of beef, especially steak. For hamburgers or meatloaf, just mix in 1 tsp. per pound. For Bloody Marys, use 1 /4 tsp. per Cup. Good for seasoning stronger vegetables. Hand-mixed from: salt, ground celery, sugar, Tellicherry black pepper, onion, garlic and arrowroot. |
