| Fajita
Seasoning Spicy A tasty, Mexican-style marinade for tacos or fajitas. Mix 1 TB. with 1/4 cup oil and 1 TB. lime juice or vinegar. Add thin strips of beef or chicken and let marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator. Grill or pan fry over high heat-add slices of bell peppers and onion to the pan if desired for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Fajita salads are a family favorite-purchase fresh, pre-made taco salad shells, then fill with layers of grilled chicken or beef fajita strips and your favorite fixings, from lettuce to guacamole. Hand-mixed from: salt, black pepper, paprika, Turkish oregano, cayenne pepper, garlic, celery, Mexican oregano, basil, nutmeg, cumin, marjoram, thyme and rosemary. |
