Style Lemon-Garlic Marinade Authentic Southern Caribbean seasoning for grilled or broiled poultry and fish. Lemon-garlic blend with a hint of clove and ginger. For flavorful fish filets or boneless/skinless chicken breasts, rub with a bit of vegetable oil, sprinkle on ½ - 1 tsp. per pound Trinidad Marinade, and refrigerate a few hours before grilling or broiling over medium-high heat. To save time when you are freezing chicken breasts, season them with Trinidad before freezing, which will make them very flavorful when removed for cooking. Trinidad is one of our best blends for sauteed vegetables, and is also nice rubbed on pork chops for the grill or broiler. Hand-mixed from: coarse salt, lemon peel, garlic, clove and ginger. |
