Wash chicken wings, pat dry. Preheat the oil over medium high heat in a large skillet. The chicken will be cooked in two batches as it fries best when not crowded. You can use two pans to cook the chicken all at once, but it does require more oil.
Place half the wing pieces on a single layer on a plate. Shake ARIZONA DREAMING on both sides, and then sprinkle both sides with flour. Shake off any extra flour, place in the pan. The first wing into the pan should sizzle, if it doesn't, don't add any more chicken until the oil is hotter. The chicken needs to be turned several times, every 3-4 minutes, and will be done and crispy in 12-15 minutes. Some folks, kids in particular, seem to like very brown and crispy chicken, some adults tend more toward golden and juicy. Once you've done the wings a few times, you'll know the preferences of your family. Remove the chicken to a platter lined with napkins or paper towels, season and cook the second batch.
