Ground beef tacos are great for busy weeknights, but give this recipe a try when you have a little bit of extra time. It is so worth it.

  • 2 lbs. boneless beef short ribs (chuck roast is delicious as well)
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 TB. honey
  • 1 TB. chopped fresh cilantro (optional

Cook the short ribs over medium high heat in a pan on the stovetop for 20 minutes, turning a few times. Drain the fat off and discard. Season with half the ARIZONA DREAMING, then flip and season with the remaining ARIZONA DREAMING. Add the onion to the pan with the ribs. Cook 5 minutes, then add the water and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until the beef shreds, or help it along by cutting the pieces smaller. After 30 minutes, add the honey. The water should be reduced to thick sauce and the beef delicious and tender in about 1 hour total. Add cilantro (if using) for the final 10 minutes before serving. Serve on your favorite shell with your favorite toppings.
