Grilled vegetables are quick, easy and so good for you. Throw some on the grill with your burgers. Feel free to add or subtract veggies, such as tomatoes and squash, as desired.


  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunksa
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 8 oz. package button mushrooms, halved
  • 1-2 TB. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. BBQ 3000
  • 12-16 wooden or metal skewers
       

Toss the vegetables with the oil and BBQ 3000. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water while the veggies are marinating in the refrigerator. Heat your grill to medium heat. Remove the vegetables from the refrigerator and thread on the skewers evenly so that everything will touch the grill. Grill the skewers over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until the vegetables are tender.
