A fresh and zesty salt free dressing for all your favorite salads.

1 TB. ARIZONA DREAMING
1 TB. water
1 jalapeño pepper, finely minced (optional)
1/3 Cup corn oil
1/4 Cup fresh lime juice (2 limes)
1 tsp. honey

Cover the ARIZONA DREAMING with the water and let sit while seeding and mincing the jalapeño. Add the oil, lime juice and honey and shake or stir to combine. Serve over the salad of your choice! For delicious creamy dressing, add 1-2 TB. sour cream.
