Fire up your grill. Rinse the filets. Take a sheet of foil and lightly brush it with oil. Place the filets
skin-side down on the foil. Lightly brush the tops of the filets with oil and then sprinkle on the BBQ 3000.
By now the grill is ready. Move the hot coals to the side of the grill or for gas grilling, shut down one
side. Place the foil sheet with the filets in the center of the grill, or the one side you shut down on a
gas grill. Close the cover and let cook for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on filet thickness. Your salmon
is done when it is milky pink and the skin will easily separate. Using a spatula, scoop the filets off the
foil; the skin will stay on the foil, giving you a really nice, well-presented grilled filet. Garnish with
lemon wedges and serve. Wasn't that easy?
