Cynthia says, "I have a recipe to share with you. It is a great marinade for beef, pork or chicken, especially if it will be cooked on the grill."


  • 3 lb. pork loin roast
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1/4 Cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 Cup RASPBERRY ENLIGHTENMENT
  • 2 TB. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. REGULAR MUSTARD POWDER
  • 1 TB. CRACKED ROSEMARY
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 TB. hot sauce (optional)
       

Whisk together all of the ingredients until well blended. Add the roast or meat of your choice and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning the meat at least once. Discard the marinade and place the meat on the grill. For pork loin, grill over indirect heat for 20-25 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reads 165°. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
