- 1 TB. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped (1/2 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 24-oz. pkg. ground turkey
- 2 TB. CHILI CON CARNE SEASONING
- 1 28-oz. can no salt added chopped or diced tomatoes
- 4 Cups cooked pinto beans, cooked with no salt (2 cups dry beans cooked, covered in water, in slow cooker OR soaked overnight and simmered, covered in water, for 2 hours)
- 3-4 Cups frozen or fresh veggies (Robin uses a frozen blend of black beans, corn, peppers) - OR -
- 1 15 oz. can black beans
- 1 Cup corn kernels
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 2 TB. chopped, fresh cilantro, optional
