Preheat oven to 225°. Rub pork with seasoning, place in a large deep pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the pork, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover with foil, place in the oven and cook for 10-12 hours at 225°. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes after cooking, then pull apart with two forks, if it hasn't already fallen apart. Save some of the juices (draining the fat off, which rises to the top) to add to your pork once it's all pulled and ready to serve. This helps keep it nice and moist.
Note: Some newer ovens turn off after 12 hours, so be aware that you will need to pull it at that point and serve or refrigerate it.
