Delicious, versatile, easy cranberry sauce, perfect with turkey, goose, duck, and pork. Orange juice may be substituted for the apple juice and the apples can be omitted, but they are a perfect accent for the pork roast. |

Pour juice and sugar into a medium saucepan, stir to dissolve sugar. Bring juice and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Add the apples, cranberries, and ORANGE PEEL. Return to a boil. Continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The cranberries will pop and the sauce will thicken. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 4 Cups. |
