This delicious dip recipe comes to us courtesy of Marsha in Eau Claire, WI. Combine ¼ cup coarsely chopped, dried cranberries; ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans; 8 oz. softened low-fat (Neufchâtel) cream cheese; ½ tsp. dried ORANGE PEEL; 3 TB fresh orange juice; 1/8 tsp. Vietnamese cinnamon; and 1/8 tsp. SINGLE STRENGTH Vanilla Extract (or 1 TB. VANILLA SUGAR). Mix all ingredients well and chill for at least one hour. Serve with apple wedges, bagel chips, or butter crackers.
