Heat a small, preferably
nonstick, skillet over medium-low heat. If you are not using a nonstick
pan, melt 1 TB. of butter over low heat to prevent the eggs from sticking.
Add the diced ham to lightly brown it, about 1 minute. While the ham is
frying, whisk the eggs, FOX POINT
SEASONING, milk, and BLACK
PEPPER together in a roomy bowl until the ingredients are well blended.
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Increase the heat slightly, and
gently push the eggs and ham around the skillet with a spatula. After
5 minutes, add the grated cheese and continue scrambling the eggs until
they have reached the desired consistency.
