We had raspberry sauce with wedding cake, but it is wonderful with French toast too. What could be a nicer way to say "I love you"? |

Whisk together the eggs, milk, VANILLA, and CINNAMON. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat to medium. Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture to coat both sides, but don't let them soak or the French toast will be too soggy. Cook at medium heat, about 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Serve topped with raspberry sauce. |

Puree the raspberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pass the mixture through a wire mesh sieve, pushing the pulp through and leaving the seeds behind. This will take some effort, but it is worth it. Stir in the VANILLA SUGAR. Let stand for a few minutes and serve. Serves: 4. |
