Heat milk to 110°; dissolve yeast in milk. Add half the flour, along with the
sugar, salt, shortening, honey, Minced onion, dill weed and Fox Point seasoning. Blend
at low speed until mixed, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add remaining flour and
beat on low speed until dough is smooth (approximately 1 minute). Cover and let rise
until doubled, about 45 minutes.
Stir the batter hard for 30 seconds. Spread into two 8 or 9 inch greased loaf pans (batter
will be sticky). Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 325° for about 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
