  • 4 4-6 oz. bone-in pork chops
  • 1 TB. vegetable oil
  • 3 Cups freshly cooked rice or egg noodles

Wash the chops and pat dry. Season both sides with KRAKOW NIGHTS SEASONING. Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a heavy-duty pan large enough to hold all 4 chops. When hot, add the chops, cook about 7 minutes per side for regular cut chops. If cooking double cut chops, they will need twice as much time over medium heat, instead of medium high, as they will get too brown before they are done. Use a little water or balsamic vinegar to deglaze the pan, then toss rice or egg noodles with the tasty drippings.
