This quick side dish is delicious with both Krakow Chops and Tsardust Chicken.


  • 2 Cups fresh mushrooms (your choice), cleaned and halved
  • 1 TB. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. KRAKOW NIGHTS SEASONING
  • 1/2 tsp. DILL WEED or 1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill
       

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved mushrooms, cut-side down, to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes without stirring to get them sizzly brown. Sprinkle with KRAKOW NIGHTS SEASONING and DILL WEED, then toss to coat well. Cook another 3-5 minutes, tossing frequently.
