Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the halved mushrooms, cut-side down, to the
pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes without stirring to get them sizzly brown. Sprinkle with
KRAKOW NIGHTS SEASONING and DILL WEED, then toss to coat well. Cook another 3-5 minutes,
tossing frequently. |
