This is a quick, meatless main dish that really showcases our new MURAL OF FLAVOR.


  • 1 lb. asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Cup feta cheese, crumbled or small cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. uncooked pasta (we used penne)
  • 2 tsp. MURAL OF FLAVOR
  • 1 TB. olive oil
  • salt (optional) and pepper, to taste
       

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm. In a large frying pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic for about 5-7 minutes. Add asparagus and MURAL OF FLAVOR seasoning and sauté for 2 more minutes. Stir in the warm pasta and sprinkle the top with feta cheese. Cover the pan, turn off the heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes. The asparagus will have a little crunch to it depending on how long you let it sit.
