Wash chops, pat dry. Season with LEMON PEPPER on both sides. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When hot, add chops, cook 5-7 minutes per side, depending on how thick they are. Crispy golden brown on both sides is the goal. Really thin chops only need 3 minutes per side. Get the bread toasted to the desired shade of brown. Butter if desired, put the chops on the toast, cut in half and serve with carrot sticks. Serves: 4 |
