This recipe is so simple you'll wonder why you don't make it every day.

  • fresh salmon steaks, about 4 oz. each
  • 1 tsp. olive oil per steak
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. TUSCAN SUNSET per steak
  • 1 lemon wedge per steak (1/8 of a lemon)

Get your grill good and hot. Rinse the salmon steaks thoroughly, making sure to remove any scales. Pat dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with TUSCAN SUNSET. Squeeze the lemon wedge over both sides of the salmon. Grill quickly on a very hot grill, about 3 minutes per side.

Cooking time: 6 minutes
Serves: as many as you'd like
