If you are making the tenderloin on the stove, heat the oil over medium heat in a large
pan. Rub the tenderloin all over with the TUSCAN SUNSET and salt and PEPPER to taste.
Place the tenderloin in the pan and cook evenly, about 10-12 minutes per side. Remove
the pork from the pan, slice across the grain and serve with cooked pasta tossed in
the pan drippings and a vegetable for a complete meal. If you are grilling the
tenderloin, rub the oil into the meat and sprinkle all over with the TUSCAN SUNSET, salt
and PEPPER. Grill over medium heat, about 10-12 minutes per side.
