Potato Latkes While latkes are traditional for Hanukkah, they are so tasty they will be welcome at any dinner. 4 large russet potatoes, peeled 3 large eggs, beaten 1/4-1/2 Cup all-purpose flour, divided (depending on how juicy your potatoes are) 1 medium onion, minced 1-2 tsp. salt 1/4-1 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste 1/4 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER, optional 1/4-1/2 Cup oil, plus more if needed (Julie uses olive oil)
