Shrimp in Lemon Butter Sauce Simple, fast and soooo good, this recipe from Maggie Borrecco is a great showcase for our new Air-Dried Shallots. 1 1/4 lbs. shrimp 1/4 Cup PENZEYS AIR-DRIED SHALLOTS 8 TB. butter (1 stick), divided  <em>Note:</em> You could cut the butter to 4 TB. (1/2 stick) and the recipe would still be delicious 1 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC 1/3 Cup dry white wine 1-2 TB. lemon juice (juice of 1 small lemon) 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt, to taste 1/8-1/4 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste 1 1/2 TB. minced fresh parsley
