Horseradish Dip
One of our favorite sandwich spreads, particularly for roast beef and turkey sandwiches on crusty rolls. Makes a nice tangy dip. Mix 1 TB. in 2 TB. water, let stand 5 minutes. Blend with 2/3 cup sour cream and 1/3 cup mayo. Thin with a bit of vinegar.
Hand-mixed from: ground horseradish, salt, dextrose, onion powder, lemon peel, dill weed, black pepper and chives.
