We want you to be 100% satisfied with our spices, seasonings, extracts, peppermills and jars.


Phone, mail and internet purchases

*Items ordered by phone, mail, or for home delivery on our website cannot be refunded at any of our retail stores.

Refunds

Unopened products purchased in our mail order system within 90 days of the request can be returned for a full refund. Please note that the refund will reflect the price paid in your order and can only be applied to the form of payment used for the purchase. If the returned item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts. All shipping charges paid by the customer to receive the order will not be applied to the refunded total. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be applied after the returned product is received.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 180 days, please contact us and we will help with your concerns. Free promotional items are not able to be exchanged.

Returns

With a receipt, unopened products purchased in the last 90 days can be issued a refund in the form of payment the purchase was made. Credit cards will be refunded on the card used for the purchase. If the return item was used to qualify the purchase for a promotional offer, the cost of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount. Free promotional items and gift cards are not returnable. Promotional pricing will be used in determining refund amounts.

Without a receipt, unopened products can be accepted as a return in the form of a product exchange or store credit. Any items offered as a free promotion cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with one of our products that you have purchased in the last 180 days, we will either replace the item, or help you find something else that you’d like. Free promotional items are not able to be exchanged.
