The highest quality curry powder, perfect for special meals. Maharajah is sweet and rich, not hot, with fragrant cardamom and a full pound of Spanish Coup' saffron in every 100 lbs. of curry powder. Add glorious color and flavor to chicken and seafood curry. For rice, saute '/2 tsp. in 1 TB. butter for 2 minutes, add 1 cup rice, 2 cups water and dash of salt. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer for 18 minutes.
