Trinidad Style Lemon-Garlic Marinade
For grilled or broiled poultry, fish, pork chops. Rub fish or poultry with a bit of vegetable oil, sprinkle on 1/2-1 tsp. per pound, grill or broil. Great for boneless/skinless chicken breasts, season and freeze, two in a package, they'll be ready when you are.
Hand-mixed from: salt, lemon peel, garlic, clove and ginger.
