PENZEYS PEPPER, to taste 1 tsp. SEASONING (one with celery would be great—OLD WORLD, CELERY SALT, ENGLISH PRIME RIB RUB) 4 TB. butter 2 TB. flour (Mary uses self-rising flour) 1 Cup milk 1/4-1/2 tsp. PARSLEY FLAKES, optional
