Beer Bread This bread is incredibly delicious and so simple. Get creative and add your favorite herbs or seasoning to the melted butter topping. 3 Cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt (Brent likes SEA SALT) 1 1/2 TB. baking powder (1 TB. plus 1 1/2 tsp.) 3 TB. sugar 1/2 tsp. OREGANO or BASIL or CRACKED ROSEMARY (optional) 1 12-oz. bottle beer, room temperature (Brent likes Stroh's, which can be hard to find. Pabst Blue Ribbon or Miller work well.) 1/2 stick butter (1/4 Cup), melted 1/4 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER, optional
