PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 4 scallions, minced 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks (about 1 1/2 pounds) 3 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks 8 oz. mushrooms, halved or quartered (or use whole if they are small) 2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch chunks (Dede uses Maui onions) 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks 24 8-inch kebab skewers, soaked in water to keep from burning, or use metal ones
