Butter Chicken and Cumin Rice with Saffron If you are new to cooking with curry, this recipe is a great place to start. It is easy and the results are delicious and richly flavorful. 1 lb. (2 Cups) boneless/skinless chicken breast cubes 2 TB. plain yogurt 1 TB. PENZEYS CURRY POWDER 1 tsp. GARAM MASALA (optional) 6 TB.  butter, divided 4 medium tomatoes, diced 1/2 Cup water 1/3 Cup half and half or cream 1 TB. fresh Cilantro (optional) 1/4-1/2 tsp. salt 1 Cup long-grain rice (we like white or brown basmati or jasmati) 1 TB. butter or vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. WHOLE CUMIN SEED 1 TB. finely minced onion (optional) 1 small pinch SAFFRON, crumbled 2 Cups water 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
