PARSLEY FLAKES (or 1 TB. fresh chopped parsley) 2 eggs, beaten 10 oz. spinach, chopped, steamed and dried well 10 oz. cottage cheese 4 oz. grated cheese (Gail uses mozzarella with CURRY and cheddar with CAYENNE)
