(makes 2 9-inch crusts) 1/4 Cup coconut oil 1/4 Cup safflower or sunflower oil 1/4 Cup cold water 2 Cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. PENZEYS CINNAMON, optional 4-5 Cups blueberries 2 TB. tapioca flour or all-purpose flour (tapioca pearls work, too) 1/2 Cup brown sugar 1-3 tsp. lemon juice 2 TB. butter, optional
