GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER 1/2 tsp. salt (we used KOSHER-STYLE FLAKE SALT) 1/4 tsp. CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES or ALEPPO PEPPER 1/8 tsp. POWDERED GINGER (optional) 1 TB. cornstarch mixed with 1 TB. water
