Orange Rolls A Christmas morning tradition. 3 pkgs. active dry yeast (2 1/4 TB.) 1 3/4 Cups warm water 1/2 Cup honey 1/2 Cup (1 stick) melted butter 2 tsp. salt 2 large eggs, beaten 4-6 Cups flour 2 Cups powdered sugar, sifted 3 TB. freshly-squeezed orange juice 1/2 Cup heavy cream (half & half could be used, but for a holiday, full cream is better!) 1 tsp. ORANGE EXTRACT 1/4 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT (optional) 1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter, softened 1 Cup sugar 3 TB. freshly-squeezed orange juice (juice of 1 smallish orange, or if you have one good juice orange you would get the 6 TB. you need total for this recipe) 1⁄4 tsp. CEYLON CINNAMON (optional, but Ceylon Cinnamon is really great with the orange)
