Oven-Roasted Chicken This recipe is from Trapper Badovinac. 1 roaster chicken, about 4 lbs. 1 Cup sliced mushrooms or 1/4 Cup dried mushrooms (Trapper is lucky enough to have dried morels to use) 1/4 Cup PENZEYS AIR-DRIED SHALLOTS 1 TB. FOX POINT SEASONING 1 tsp. PENZEYS SEASONED SALT 1 tsp. ALEPPO PEPPER 1/2 tsp. CALIFORNIA SEASONED PEPPER 1 Cup chicken stock (or 1 Cup water mixed with 1 tsp. CHICKEN SOUP BASE) 3    lbs. potatoes, sliced and quartered 1/4 Cup milk 1/4 Cup sour cream 2    Cups chicken cooking liquid/potato water (if needed) 2    TB. cornstarch mixed with 1/4 Cup water
