Maybe peach pie with ice cream on top. 3/4 Cup cold butter (1 1/2; sticks) 1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour 1TB. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3-5TB. milk 1 egg white 1 tsp. water 2-3 TB. VANILLA SUGAR (for sprinkling on top) 5 Cups sliced ripe peaches (8-10 peaches) 2-3 TB. ARROWROOT STARCH 2-3 TB. cool water 2 tsp. CINNAMON or PIE SPICE 1/2 Cup sugar (or 1/3 Cup sugar plus 2 TB. VANILLA SUGAR)
