SEAFOOD, HAM or CHICKEN SOUP BASE) 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped 6 green onions, finely chopped 4 ribs celery, finely chopped 3 WHOLE BAY LEAVES 24 fresh oysters 1 1/2 Cups cooked ham, diced 1 1/2 Cups cooked chicken, diced 4-6 Cups cooked rice 1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
