This coleslaw is a fairly traditional, Wisconsin-style slaw with the added zip of Singapore. 1 medium head green cabbage, grated 1/4 head red cabbage, shredded 2 medium carrots, shredded 1 small white onion, minced 1/2-1 Cup mayonnaise (for creamier coleslaw, use the full cup, if you don’t mind the calories) 1/2 Cup buttermilk 1/3 Cup sugar 2 TB. vinegar 1 TB. WHOLE CELERY SEED 1-2 TB. SINGAPORE SEASONING 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER
