Smothered Chicken It is easy to switch up this tender chicken dish from Candace by using different seasonings. We used Cajun, but this would also be great with Northwoods, Lemon Pepper, Galena Street, Mural of Flavor…The possibilities are endless. 1 large fryer chicken, cut up 1 TB. CAJUN SEASONING (or salt, PENZEYS PEPPER, THYME, SAGE and CAYENNE PEPPER, to taste) 2-3 TB. vegetable oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 medium onion, chopped 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped (or 1 tsp.
