PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 2 Cups chicken broth (or 2 Cups water mixed with 1 tsp. CHICKEN SOUP BASE) 1 10-oz. can mild Ro-Tel (diced tomatoes with green chilies) 1/2 Cup heavy cream 8 oz. uncooked penne pasta 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER 1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/3 Cup thinly sliced green onions (1 bunch, ends removed)
