Teriyaki Lamb Chops These are so yummy you may as well just go ahead and double the recipe right away. Since lamb chops can be pricey, we also tried this marinade for lamb satay skewers and used less expensive lamb shoulder chop meat. 8 lamb chops (about 1 1/2 lbs) or 1 lb. lamb shoulder meat, cut in small cubes (start with 1 1/2 lbs. lamb shoulder and discard fat and bones) 1/4 Cup teriyaki sauce (2 TB. rice vinegar, 2 TB. reduced sodium soy, 1 TB. brown sugar, 1/4 tsp. GINGER and GARLIC) 2 TB. water 1 TB. vegetable oil 1 TB. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER 1/2 tsp. POWDERED GINGER 1/2 tsp. GARLIC SALT (or 1/4 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC)
