It is outstanding. 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (regular or lower fat) 3 TB. soy sauce, divided (reduced sodium works well) 3/4 Cup grated carrots (2 medium) 1/2 Cup chopped unsalted peanuts 1/4 Cup chopped green onion 2 TB. chopped fresh cilantro 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1⁄4 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 1 tsp. sesame oil 1/8 tsp. GROUND WHITE PEPPER 1/2-1 tsp. BANGKOK BLEND, optional 2 TB. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 Cup cold water 2 TB. ketchup or tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. vinegar 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp. GINGER (optional)
