Three Amigos Chili with Beans Brent and Melissa Elam along with their friend Blake collaborated and concocted this delicious chili. 2-3 lbs. ground beef 1 large sweet onion, chopped 1-2 TB. minced fresh garlic (or 1-2 TB. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC soaked in 2 TB. water for 10 minutes) 1-2 tsp. salt, to taste 1/2-1 tsp. PENZEYS FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER, to taste 1 15-oz. can light red kidney beans, drained 1 15-oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained 2 15-oz. cans black beans, drained 1 6-oz. can tomato paste 1 28-oz. can tomato sauce 1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes 1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree 2 TB. prepared mustard 1/4 Cup ketchup 2 TB. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Cup (yes, cup) CHILI 3000 (you may use less, but it really does taste great with the full 1/2 Cup) 2 tsp. PENZEYS CINNAMON 1 12-oz. bottle beer
