Toasted Pumpkin Seeds This recipe from Sheri C. is very versatile. Try your favorite seasoning in place of the Chicago Steak. 1 1/2 Cups pumpkin seeds (Sheri uses the seeds from a small sugar pumpkin), washed and towel-dried 1 TB. duck fat (or butter or your favorite fat) 1-2 tsp. SEASONING (Sheri uses Chicago Steak, we used Mural of Flavor and it was great!)
