I did and it has been one of my go-to recipes ever since. I make large batches of turkey meatballs and keep them in the freezer for quick meals. Kim M. 1 lb. ground turkey 1 lb. ground turkey breast 1 slice white bread, crusts removed 1/2 Cup milk 1 TB. olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 3/4 tsp PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC) 2 TB. butter or fat from meatballs 2 TB. all-purpose flour 2 Cups chicken broth 2 TB. PENZEYS CURRY (use half if just starting to cook with curry; taste and add the rest as desired)
